Friday we went to the Sunset Drive-in in Colchester. The first film was Shrek the Third, followed by Blades of Glory. Zach, as always, was a great kid. He sat and watched nearly half of Shrek before succumbing to sleep. At one point he sat in my lap and ate Cheese Doodles and Smartfood alternatively - too cute! I am always amazed by the percent of stupid that is found when in a large group of people. The car in front of us was a family of three with a child no more than 4 months old. The mother sat in the back and from best guess was nursing the baby while smoking! I so badly wanted to get out of the car and go yell at her, but in this day in age, you just dont know how it would be taken and what they might do in return. All-in-all we were quite disapointed with Shrek, but Blades of Glory was hilarious and had both Scott and I laughing so hard that we both stopped breathing momentarily.
